Electric Forklift Maintenance

The power steering hoses and rubber parts are the most common replacements on an electric forklift. The reservoir tank and hydraulic hoses along with the wheel and master cylinder should be replaced for each 2,000 hours of operation.

Internal Combustion Forklift

The items listed for for electric forklift repairs also apply to those that run on an internal combustion (IC) engine. In other words, they’re gas powered. Here, the fuel hose must be replaced every two years or four thousand hours.
